ISLAMABAD: Minister for Inter provincial Coordination Riaz Hussain Pirzada has said the government could consider the option of granting amnesty to the groups willing to renounce violence.
In an interview with Radio Pakistan about the dialogue process with the Taliban, he said every possible effort would be made for revival of peace in the country and the Prime Minister in this regard is repeatedly giving the message of peace.
He said the Prime Minister's recent statement about dialogue process reflects that some progress has been made in talks with Taliban.
Riaz Hussain Pirzada said that the eradication of terrorism is the foremost priority of the government, so as to improve the economic condition of the country.
