Talking with media outside the Parliament, he said, "Contribution of brave Chaudhry Aslam for eliminating terrorism, maintaining law and order and laying down his life in the line of duty will be long remembered by the nation."
He observed that Chaudhry Aslam's sacrifice was exemplary for the country and will inspire younger police officers in discharging their duties.
To another question, he said, operation against the anti-social elements in Karachi city was moving in the right direction.
He said crime ratio has decreased to 40 percent in Karachi.
Mushahidullah said Pakistan army's sacrifices in war against terrorism are unmatched and the nation acknowledges them.
