ISLAMABAD: Saudi Foreign Minister Saud Al-Faisal will arrive Pakistan today (Monday).
During his stay, he will hold talks with Pakistani leadership including Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain.
He will discuss ways to further expand Pak-Saudi relations and enhancing bilateral cooperation in various fields.
Besides bilateral matters, Saudi Foreign Minister will also discuss Afghan and regional situation particularly the situation in Afghanistan after withdrawal of foreign forces.
Both sides are also expected to review the suspended Taliban-US dialogue process for Afghan reconciliation.
According to the Foreign office spokesperson Pakistan is working on a policy to further strengthen its relations with Islamic countries and the visit of Saudi Foreign Minister is part of these efforts. (PPI)
