Sindh: Strike called on by Awami Tehreek today

HYDERABAD: Awami Tehreek party has called upon a strike today (Monday), after meeting the member of Muhattida Quami Movement (MQM); prior to discuss about Altaf Hussain unequivocal remarks about his party.

Rabitta Committee members arrived at Palijo's house on Sunday night for reconciliation of the remarks passed by Altaf Hussain about his party. Former chief minister Sindh Arbab Ghulam Rahim was also along with MQM delegation.

Palijo in the discussion with Rabitta Committee member of MQM said that unity of Sindh should be separated from other issues.

Palijo further said there is need to work for education in Sindh. He also thanked MQM delegation for their visit.

MQM leader Wasim Akhtar said they have invited Ayaz Palijo to visit Nine Zero (90).
