Survey declares Imran Khan to be the most famous leader

As per the survey, Imran's popularity increased by 18 percentage points over the last two years with excessive response and enhanced recognition from the youth of Pakistan. The survey indicated that 70 percent of the Pakistani respondents offered an acclamatory remark for the PTI Chief.

The survey further indicates that PTI's stance towards drone attacks and the war on terror may be the reason amongst the masses of the country.

The survey also weighs Asif Ali Zardari's popularity and shows a significant fall of 50 percent (from 64 percent in 2008 to 14 percent currently). The survey also reports a decline in Nawaz Sharif's popularity (from 79 percent in 2009 to 62 percent in 2012)

According to the survey, 87 percent (9 out of 10) people are annoyed by the current political system and the decision imposed during its regime. Almost 89 percent consider the national economic condition to be bad. 87 percent people consider unemployment and crime to be the major problem for the country while 86 percent terrorism to be the major threat. 78 percent are worried about the current political leader while 76 percent are concerned about illegal drugs.
