The pop star, 26, took the snap in her hotel room in Brisbane and confessed that she didn't want to go out with the shiner.
She tweeted: "Emerging from hours of sleep. Still remiss if I should go outside, with this clonker I may be of questionable styling.
"Thank you so much for all the thoughtful messages. I feel a bit woozy but a little better everyday. Very happy to be in beautiful Australia."
GaGa was whacked on the head by a pole being carried by a dancer when she was on stage in Auckland, but continued her two-hour show despite suffering a concussion.
Her make-up artist Tara Savelo tweeted after the show: "Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay. She wants u to know she loves u. I'm taking care of her, cant believe she finished the show."
She now has a couple of days off before she resumes her 'Born This Way tour' in Brisbane.
The singer will bring her latest outing over to the UK this September with a series of shows in Manchester and London.
Gaga also recently revealed that she would be unveiling the album title of her next record during the same month. (online)
