No FIR can stop Malik Riaz from going to court, says lawyer

Speaking to media reporters outside the Supreme Court, he said that no FIR can stop Malik Riaz from going into the Supreme Court and presenting his evidence.

He said that that plea to register an FIR against his client was an anticipated move in order to stop him from presenting his evidence in court.

In reply to a question, Zahid Bukhari said his client, Malik Riaz, is expected to arrive in Pakistan by tonight despite of his deteriorating  health conditions.

He said that Malik Riaz has already decided that he will reveal every single detail in the Supreme Court and no one can stop him now.

In the heat of the moment, he claimed that "his client will appear before the court even if there are ten(10) FIRs registered against him."

Zahid Bukhari also requested the court to give him time until 14 June to submit Malik Riaz's statement in court.
