According to the our correspondent, the ill fated bus returning from Chakwal lost its control at the Kahota road and fall into a deep trench, over 30 people lost their lives at the spot including women and children.

An emergency was imposed in the district headquarter hospital and three other nearby hospitals after the accident.

The rescue teams rushed the site of the incident and began operations.
