Hina Rabbani Khar to visit US

Foreign Secretary Jalil Abbas Jilani said that negotiations between both the countries that remained suspended for some time would be resumed in coming days.

He said that recommendations of the parliament would be implemented over the resumption of Nato supplies.

Jilani said that Pakistan would strengthen its mutual relations with the other countries of the region including India.

Pakistan and the US are all set to negotiate after their bilateral relations plunged into new low after US cross border attacks on Pakistani check-posts that killed over dozen soldiers.

Islamabad would put its recommendations approved by the joint sitting of the parliament on new guidelines on foreign policy with special focus on US, on the negotiating table.
