CJP Ifthikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was heading the three member bench which was hearing the case of missing persons and detention of people by intelligence agencies in SC here on Monday.
Inspector General (IG) Police Islamabad Bani Amin presented the report before the Supreme Court (SC) about 16-year-old Umer Muhammad Wali Khan who was picked up on March 10 and released after six days.

Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry remarked that it should be probed that who abducted him and said that the number of missing persons is increasing, and if someone has committed a crime he should be dealt as per law.
