The court has decided to indict the Law minister on 20 March on charge of contempt of court.
After the hearing of court's contempt case against Dr.Babar Awan on the first day of March, by the Supreme Court two member SC bench occupied by Justice Aijaz Fazal  and Justice Athar Saeed.
During their last hearing, Dr.Babar Awan's counsel claimed that his client had no intentions of ridiculing the court's orders.
To which the video of Babar Awan's press conference at the Press Information Department was shown on a screen, in which Dr.Babar and three other ministers categorically denied the apex court's judgments on the memo case.
The hearing was then adjourned till March 8.
Expressing disappointment, Justice Athar Saeed said that he expected a Lawyer of such stature was expected of higher ethical and civil values for the court's decisions.
The court will now announce its decision today.
