During a lecture at the seminar of Vision of Pakistan Trust, Dr.Mubarak said, Despite the consideration of PM Gilani and President Zardari the Sindh government has not issued the fund and finance minister has said to complete the project through private sector.

He also added that, all the efforts of Pakistani scientist will be wasted if the government will not provide the funds.

Dr. Samarkand Mubarakmand is supervising coal mining practiced on scientific lines, for the Thar Coal Power Project.

Dr. Mubarak appealed the political parties to support the project and save Pakistan from the prevailing power crisis.
