The Attorney general said that President is out of country and will decide the policy after his arrival to Pakistan.
According to the AG, the 15-day deadline given to party members to respond to the memogate case ended today.
The court will begin the case hearing on Monday( December 19th).
Earlier on Thursday, Army chief General Ashfaq Kayani and DG ISI General Ahmed Shuja Pasha submitted their statements in the court.
Three legal experts from the Army Head Quarters delivered the Army chief’s reply.
According to the federation’s three-page reply, which was submitted by the attorney general of Pakistan, the president and prime minister have no link with the memo issue, further saying that all the political parties in parliament are members of the Parliamentary Committee on National Security, which is independent to hold an inquiry into the matter.
