Talking to media after meeting Dr Zulfiqar Mirza, Memon said that former was his good friend and he came here to meet with his friend.
The provincial minister said that security around Dr Mirza's house was beefed up due to security concern as it was also a house of National Assembly's speaker.
He said some elements were trying to create rifts among Pakistan People's Party but they would fail to do so.
He further added that, Â the allegations levelled by Shah Mehmood Qureshi against the party leadership are baseless and unreal.
Memon also denied the news of grouping in PPP. He said there are some differences in the party that will be removed soon.
