The flight carried atleast 50 ministers and parliamentarians including Federal Minister for Religious Affairs, Khurshid Shah, Shama Methai, MQM's  Asif Hussain, Farhat Khan and others.

According to details, the Pakistan International Airlines’ (PIA) flight PK-7441 carrying pilgrims and parliamentarians from Jeddah reached the provincial capital early Monday after delay upto eight hours.

While talking to the media, Khurshid Shah was of the view that PIA was not completely  responsible for the delays pilgrims suffered, 40 percent delay was caused because the pilgrims reached late to the Jeddah Airport.

He added that, Hajj operation is better then the previous years and government is taking measures for the improvement of the services.

On the other-side, The relatives of the pilgrims complained that they had to suffer due to the delay in arrival of the flight as they waited for 8-10 hours at the airport to receive the pilgrims.
