Now, news has it that Saif and Kareena will go on a religious outing on Bebo’s birthday to seek blessings and to pray for Sr. Pataudi’s good health.

Speaking to a daily, a close friend of Kareena’s said, “Kareena is an extremely understanding girl, and also family oriented. Though we were planning a big bash for her, she has now opted for a low key affair with very close family and friends.”
Meanwhile, beau Saif is said to be extremely touched by Kareena’s gesture and has planned to surprise his lady love with a special gift. Another source added, “Saif`s extremely secretive. He loves surprising his ladylove. So none of us will even have a clue about what he has up his sleeve. However, it`s understood that Mr. Pataudi is not keeping well, so the birthday will be more of a family affair rather than the usual brouhaha that`s expected.”

With the impeding marriage of the couple looming large on them, Kareena is turning out to be an adarsh bahu for the Pataudi khandan.
