Five persons of a family were passing through Chonaa Pati near Ranchor Line area where they received electric shock by current-tinted water and died on the spot.

While 30-year-old person also met the same fate in Malir Model Colony. The bodies were shifted to hospital for medico- legal formalities and later handed over to the heirs. In another incident, 25-year-old young man received electric shock at Haroonabad and died on the spot. His body was shifted to the hospital.
