The lawyer of Awami National Party (ANP)Â Iftikhar Hussain Gilani presented his arguments.
During his arguments, the lawyer for the ANP said that there are neither ethnic riots nor gang war in Karachi, adding that innocent people and not “gangsters†are the victims of violence.

He added that statements of Zulfiqar Mirza could not be ignored.
During the hearing Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry remarked that Why Zulfiqar Mirza stayed quite for eight years? Why he did not say anything before? Does he want to become a partner in the case?
On the last hearing senior lawyer Hafeez Pirzada, representing the Sindh government had completed his arguments.
