He was abducted on gunpoint by four kidnappers while he was on the way to his work, police said.

According to the details, shahbaz Taseer was kidnapped from Hussain Chok in the area of Gulberg, when he was traveling with his friend.

All the entrances and exits to Shahbaz Taseer residence have been covered and Security forces have cordoned off the area for further investigation.

Shahbaz’s father, Salman Taseer, was shot dead by his own security guard outside an Islamabad cafe on January 4, 2011.
