A six-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry was hearing the hajj corruption case.
In his remarks, the CJ said that who ever will violate court orders will be sent to jail first and would be heard later.
He further said that the court had ordered for action against investigating officer Javed Bukhari within four weeks but two months have been passed and court orders have not been implemented yet.
The court ordered to restore the previous investigating team and also instructed to issue the notification today (Monday).
The CJ remarked that government should not protect the culprits and former secretary establishment Rauf Chaudhry should be sent to jail.
He also criticized the absence of DG FIA and ordered that Secretary Interior, DG FIA and secretary establishment to appear in court in the next hearing by tomorrow.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing.
