Anushka, who is senior to Ranveer by two films in the industry, is now rubbing shoulders with bigwigs like Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar. The BBB girl had made her debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan and her second film `Badmash Company` was with Shahid Kapoor. In comparison, Ranveer is just one film old and is yet to venture out of the Yash Raj banner to hold his ground in the industry.

Moreover, `Dabangg` hottie Sonakshi Sinha’s public confession about having a crush on Ranveer Singh and her eventual stage performance during the recently concluded IIFA event has not gone too well with the BBB sensation’s once alleged ladylove.

Talking to a daily, a source said, “She has been signing films with big heroes like Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn and big banners. She now feels she has moved on. Also, Ranveer and Sonakshi Sinha have become very close and did an act together at the event — upsetting Anushka even more.”

“The morning after the event, the two had a fight and there was yelling. While Ranvir felt Anushka was ignoring him and paying more attention to Shah Rukh, Anushka fired him for being too nice to Sonakshi. The fight was in full view of onlookers’ right outside their rooms. After that they refused to talk to each other," the insider added.
