Buzz has it that the producer has decided to take up a job at an age when people contemplate retiring. The 56 year old husband of Bollywood diva Sridevi is believed to be facing financial crunch.

Talking to a daily, a source revealed, “Looks like Sri and Boney are facing a cash crunch. Boney`s two movies `No Entry` and `Wanted` did extremely well at the Box Office but his borrowings on two other films, one of which is an incomplete venture starring Genelia D`Souza and Harman Baweja, have reportedly run him into a financial muddle.”

The elder brother of Anil Kapoor ran into a financial mess and one of the reasons that contributed to this is his ‘high maintenance’ better half. In a desperate attempt to repay his debts, Boney has made up his mind to join the TV department of a reputed banner and has struck a handsome deal as compensation.

Reportedly, Sridevi has a weakness for expensive clothes and she visits a beauty centre once a week without fail along with her elder daughter Jahnvi. If the news that is doing rounds is to be believed, the Kapoors spend a whopping 25 lakhs on a monthly basis.

“The Kapoors run a fleet of cars, take five-star holidays to Europe/ America each year and also dine out very often. Sri, who ruled Bollywood for a decade, is a very high-maintenance wife. She will not compromise on her lifestyle”, an insider said.

And the fact that Sri is all set to make a comeback soon does make one wonder what prompted her to make such a decision almost after a decade of quitting films!
