According to details, the blast occured after Fajar prayer at eatern gate of the shrine.

Police said that explosive material was planted in a motorbike parked outside the shrine. 4 people were killed in the blast.

After the incident security forces cordoned off the area. Injured have been shifted to District headquarter Hospital.

"The rescue work is over. We're now investigating" regional police chief Mohammad Kashif told reporters.

The bombing significantly damaged nearly a dozen shops on either side of the street outside the shrine, leaving large piles of rubble and broken wood.

Security camera used to monitor the gate was removed a few days ago without explanation, witness said.

Joint investigation committee has been made to probe into the incident.
