In an interview to Aaj news program Islamabad tonight Awan said that at the time when Parvez Musharraf released NRO, cases against the PPP leaders could not have been proved in the courts. He added that in the history of Pakistan, sending Nawaz abroad by Musharraf was one of the biggest NRO.

He said that he did not meet Sharif Uddin Pirzada over judges’ restoration notification, adding that Government would complete its tenure.
