Global users experience major access issues with Facebook, WhatsApp
The users in Pakistan and various countries across the globe are currently experiencing substantial difficulties accessing Meta’s popular social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Reports of these issues have flooded in from numerous sources, indicating a widespread disruption.
On the microblogging site X, many users have taken to the platform to voice their frustrations, highlighting that messages on WhatsApp are not being delivered. Additionally, both audio and video calling services appear to be suspended, compounding the challenges faced by users who rely on these platforms for communication.
The users have reported that Meta’s Threads service is also experiencing outages, with many unable to utilize its features.
Compounding the situation, a number of users have expressed their dissatisfaction after finding that their Facebook accounts have unexpectedly logged out. This has added to the confusion and inconvenience as users scramble to regain access to their accounts.
