Tom Holland has taken on the role of protector for his girlfriend Zendaya, as seen in a series of viral videos circulating on social media.

Zendaya and Holland made a striking appearance in matching outfits, with Challengers actor dazzling in a form-fitting, deep red leather dress by Louis Vuitton that featured a plunging neckline and a thigh-high slit. She completed her ensemble with coordinating Christian Louboutin heels and a delicate Bulgari necklace.

Holland complemented her look, wearing a wine-coloured t-shirt paired with black pants and white Prada sneakers.

In footage shared by photographer Jackson Lee, Holland can be seen walking ahead of Zendaya before turning back to physically push through the crowd of photographers encircling her.

In a video, Holland was seen stepping in to push back against the aggressive paparazzi. “Get out of the way,” he exclaimed while navigating through the crowd.

Despite the commotion, Zendaya appeared calm and reassured Holland, saying, “No, no, it’s okay Tom.” Holland continued to protectively guide her through the throng, holding her arm as they made their way past the swarm of photographers.

Lee captioned the video, “What a gentleman,” a sentiment echoed by many commenters online. One user humorously said: “Who needs bodyguards when you are dating Spiderman?” while another pointed out that Lee himself was part of the “hoard.”

In another viral TikTok video, a photographer is heard reassuring Holland as he helps his girlfriend, Zendaya, navigate through a swarm of paparazzi.

“It’s okay, Tom,” the photographer says, but many viewers expressed concern for Holland’s apparent anxiety in the situation.

Fans largely celebrated Holland’s protective nature, making numerous Spider-Man references. One fan remarked, “His Spidey sense kicked all the way in. He does not play about her and I love it,” while another joked, “Oh he went through SWINGING for her. I love that.”

Earlier on Thursday, Zendaya was spotted wearing a hat from BERO, the nonalcoholic beer company founded by Holland, further showcasing their supportive relationship.
