The Islamabad district administration has issued a notice for the PTI leadership to vacate the venue for the rally after the time for the public gathering expired.

The rally in Sangjani was scheduled to start at 4pm, but the convoys have yet to arrive. The convoy led by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandpaur was still en route.

Although a significant crowd was present at the venue, the rally did not commence.

The district administration warned that if the agreement was violated, future no objection certificates (NOCs) for rallies would be denied.

The Islamabad deputy commissioner stated that legal action would be taken for any violations of the NOC and urged the organisers to adhere to the schedule. He mentioned that the situation would be reviewed again at 7pm; if the rally had not concluded by then, it would be declared “illegal in writing.”

The DC stated that the administration would not be held responsible if anyone arrived late to the rally venue. He added that considering the law and order situation, the time to conclude the rally was set for 7pm.
