Protest organised in Awaran against BLA, BLF
Residents of Awaran district in Balochistan, held a large rally today to protest against the activities of banned militant organizations, the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) and the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF).
The demonstrators, consisting of a diverse cross-section of the local population, chanted slogans denouncing the militant groups.
They accused these organizations of perpetrating violence against innocent civilians and falsely labeling their opponents as collaborators with security forces to justify targeted killings stemming from personal vendettas.
During the rally, participants also burned flags of the BLA and BLF, symbolizing their rejection of the groups’ violent tactics.
The protestors emphasized their desire for a peaceful Balochistan, where all ethnicities can coexist and contribute to the progress and development of the region and the country.

They believe that those who spread unrest are acting on a foreign agenda that is detrimental to the interests of the local population.
The demonstrators called for collective action against these anti-state activities, emphasizing the need to ensure the provision of basic amenities and infrastructure to the underdeveloped areas of Awaran and the wider Balochistan province.
They believe that peace and stability are essential prerequisites for progress and development in the region.
