Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz has appointed female coordinators for the party in each district of Punjab.

Addressing a ceremony in Model Town, Lahore, Maryam said her party had taken concrete steps to empower women and help them progress in different areas of life.

She added that the country cannot progress without inclusion of women in every sphere of life.

She also said that PMLN was the only party which had devovled powers to grassroot level and had provided opportunities to people from every background.

Maryam added that appointing women at a key position in every district was part of the party’s democratic vision.

She also distributed notificiations among the newly appointed coordinators.
