Have told Shehbaz not to give any ‘face-saving’ to Imran Khan: Nawaz Sharif
Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif said on Monday that he had told Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif not to give any ‘face saving’ to PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
“Those who used to claim to bring one million people have not been able to produce 2,000 people,” the PML-N supremo said in a series of tweets.
The former premier said that he had told PM Shehbaz not to accept any demand of Imran Khan whether he brings 2,000 or 20,000 people to Islamabad. “Prime minister should keep his focus in serving the nation.”
“He [Imran Khan] spoke lies so brazenly that the DG ISI had to break silence and tell the truth to nation, which he could not answer even after the passage of so many days,” the PML-N supremo said. “All the emphasis of Imran Khan is limited to abusive language as usual.”
