Balochistan govt to start a large-scale operations against terrorists: Langau
Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau on Monday said that the provincial government has started a large-scale operation against terrorists to cleanse the province of anti-state elements, reported local media.
According to the details, Langau on Monday chaired a meeting on the law and order situation and was briefed on the Machh massacre report. While reviewing the security situation, the home minister said: “A large-scale operation has been commenced against terrorists as the enemies of the country are behind the latest wave of terrorism.”
Langau said that the whole province is currently facing the threat of terrorism and anti-state elements want to divide the nation on sectarian and ethnic basis besides carrying out terrorist activities in an organized way. He maintained that strict action will be taken against terrorists at all costs.
The meeting took place after 10 colliers belonging to the Shia Hazara community were brutally killed by unknown gunmen on January 3rd.
