Three security force personnel were martyred and five others sustained injuries in a blast at Kuchlak's bypass near Quetta.

According to police, unknown suspects had planted 8 to 9 kilogram explosive material with a motorbike and parked it at Kuchlak Bypass, which went off with a big bang when a vehicle carrying security forces personnel was passing through the area.

The Provincial Home Minister, Mir Ziaullah Longove strongly condemned the attack on security forces and expressed deep sorrow over loss of precious lives.

He also prayed for early recovery of the injured of blast.
