Chicken Patties
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- 1cup – wheat flour
- ½ cup –Rice flour
- Salt to taste
- Warm water as needed
For the filling:
- Mince -250gm
- Onion (chopped) -1
- Ginger garlic paste -1/2tbsp
- Green chilies (chopped) – 3
- Coriander powder –½ tbsp
- Cumin powder – ½tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Mustard oil -1tbsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped) –a bunch
Direction to make:
- Heat oil and saute onion until brown.
- Add ginger garlic and cook for a minute.
- Add mince and cook over a high flame.
- Add Coriander powder, cumin powder, mustard oil and salt.
- Add 1/2cup of water, cover and cook over low flame until tender.
- Switch off the flame and sprinkle chopped coriander and chili. Mix well. Keep it aside.
- Knead a soft dough using dough ingredients.
- Divide the dough into small portion.
- Place mince on one half.
- Bring the other half. Seal the edges.
- Fry it until golden brown.
