Meat Balls
Ingredients:
- Beef/Mutton Mince -1/2kg
- Onion -2
- Bread slice -2
- Egg white (beaten) -2
- Red chili -4
- Green chili -8
- Bread crumbs as per required
- Coriander (chopped) –1/2 cup
- Black pepper (ground) -1tbsp
- All purpose flour (Maida) -2tbsp
- Soya sauce -2tbsp
- Vinegar -2tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Direction to make:
- Blend mince with bread slices.
- Add green chili, red chili, soya sauce, vinegar, onions, all purpose flour, black pepper, salt and coriander. Mix them well.
- Make small balls of this mixture.
- Dip the balls in beaten then roll it on bread crumbs.
- Heat oil and deep fry the balls until golden brown.
