Mughlai Mutton Malai
Ingredients:
- ½ kg –Mutton
- 1cup –Yogurt
- 1 ½ tbsp -Coriander powder
- 1tbsp –All spice
- 2tbsp –Lemon juice
- 1tbsp –Cumin powder (roasted)
- 1 ½ tbsp –Chili powder
- 3tbsp -Onion (brown)
- 1tbsp –Kewra water
- 1/4tbsp –Saffron
- 1tbsp –Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/4tbsp -Cardamom powder (Elaichi)
- 1tbsp –Cashew Nuts (ground)
- 2tbsp –Malai
- 10 –Mint Leaves
- Oil for frying
Instruction:
- Marinate meat with salt, coriander powder, all spice, lemon juice, cumin powder, brown onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, cardamom powder, mint leaves for 1 hour.
- Heat oil and add marinated mutton, cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
- Add cashew nuts paste mixed with malai, kewra water, saffron and mint leaves.
- Cook till oil floats on top.
