Brownie
Ingredients:
- Butter -250gm
- Cocoa -½cup
- Sugar -1 ½cups
- Eggs -4
- Flour -1cup
- Baking powder -1tsps
- Vanilla essence -1tsps
Direction to make:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a sponge tin with baking paper.
- Heat butter in a pan, add cocoa.
- Remove from heat and stir sugar.
- Mix egg well then add vanilla essence.
- Combine flour and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture into prepared tin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
