Cheese Bread

Ingredients:

  • Bread -4 to 5
  • Crumbled cottage Cheese -1 ¼ cups
  • Oil -1tsps
  • Cumin -1tsps
  • Chopped Onion -1 medium size
  • Chopped Green Chili -1
  • Ginger Garlic paste – 1tsps
  • Chopped Tomato -1 medium size
  • Turmeric -1/4tsps
  • ½tsps –Red chili
  • ½tsps –Garam masala
  • Salt as needed
  • Butter –for toasting
  • Mozzarella Cheese -160 to 200gm
  • Red chili flakes as required
  • Chopped Coriander

Instruction to make:

  1. Heat oil and add cumin.
  2. Add chopped onion and chilies and saute it until the onions turns golden.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for a while.
  4. Then add tomatoes, salt and turmeric.
  5. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
  6. Add garam masala and red chili powder and combine it well.
  7. Mix cheese.
  8. Then add coriander leaves and saute for a minute.
  9. Spread butter to the bread slices on one side.
  10. Spread cheese mixture over the bread slices.
  11. Place them on a pan and cover with a lid.
  12. Toast it on a low to medium heat until cheese melts.
