KARACHI: Fire erupted at a wood warehouse situated in the city’s main Saddar area on Monday, Aaj News reported. 

According to the reports, the factory is located near Saddar fire station, the fire has been declared as ‘third-degree’ in nature by fire brigade officials. Thick black clouds of smoke could be seen rising from the warehouse.

Fortunately, no casualties were reported. However, heavy material losses were feared. Meanwhile, fire tenders from across the city reached the site to extinguish the fire.
