Economy to grow by 5.5 percent, says Nawaz
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif told journalists in London that Pakistan's economy would grow by 5.5 percent in 2017. "Foreign investment is coming to Pakistan.Â
Politicians should allow country to move forward," said Nawaz. Aaj News reported late Friday night that the Prime Minister would stay in London for two days.
"$55 billion investment has come to Pakistan under Chine-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)," he said speaking to the media upon arrival in London after attending World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
Nawaz said that the Panama Leaks case was in court, whatever decision comes would be in favour of Pakistan. He said that power outage would be brought to an end. He said load-shedding duration has been reduced.
