Sonam Kapoor is one of those actresses who are not shy about having a blunt opinion on any matter. In a shocking revelation, the Bollywood fashionista revealed that she was molested as a child and the experience was traumatizing.

In conversation with Rajeev Masand during the roundtable that included 2016s strongest performers, Sonam Kapoor said, I know I have been molested when I was younger. And it was very traumatizing. The actress was accompanied by Alia Bhatt (Udta Punjab), Radhika Apte (Phobia and Parched), Anushka Sharma (Ae Dil Hai Mushkil) and Vidya Balan (Kahaani 2) on the chat show and all the actresses shared their personal experiences on the same issue.

Anushka too confessed that her mom used to ask her about being touched inappropriately, "My mother used to keep asking me really strange questions when I was a kid, like were you touched inappropriately in any way and I used to think something is wrong with my mother because I was a kid and I don't know why she was asking that to me."

Popular Indian film critic Rajeev Masand, like every year, gathered the top actresses of the year to participate in a panel discussion and talk about their experience in movies and personal lives.
