4. Smoking
Smoking is one of the worst habits that can damages your body as well as your brain very severely. Smoking can cause Alzheimer, and brain shrinkage.
5. No sleep
No sleep actually reduces healthy brain cells. While you sleep, your whole body relaxes and repair, so it is important to have a good eight hour slumber.
