People observe day of mourning for Palestinians killed in Gaza
HYDERABAD: The people of Hyderabad observed a Day of Mourning over the killing of innocent Palestinian people by Israeli forces in Gaza and other areas of Palestine.
Various organizations brought out rallies from different parts of Hyderabad on Friday which later terminated in front of Hyderabad Press Club.
The speakers of the rallies strongly criticized the brutality of Israeli forces in Gaza and demanded of the United Nations to take stern notice over such barbarism being being meted out with the Palestinians.
On the other hand Youm-ul-Quds was also observed to register protest over the occupation of holy Al-Quds al-Sharif as well as Palestine.
A big rally was brought out from Qadam Gah Moula Ali after Juma prayers which after marching through its traditional routes, terminated at Haider Chowk where the speakers strongly criticised the brutality of Israeli forces in Gaza and demanded the OIC and United Nations to take action against Israel.
On the appeal of the Chief of Jamaat Islami (JI)Â Siraj-ul-Haq, "Youm-e- Azm"Â (day of resolve) was also observed in Hyderabad where protest demonstrations were held in Latifabad and Seri.
