KARACHI: More than 20 accused were arrested during raids in Karachi. Some of these accused were the members of banned outfit. Explosive material and arms were also recovered from their possession. Aaj News reported.

According to Ranger's spokeman, a search operation was conducted in the remits of Metrovil area where every exit point was blocked by the security personnel and nobody was allowed to move in or out during the operation.

More than 20 accused were arrested and different types of arms and explosive materials were confiscated form their possession.

Brig Hamid addressed a press conference and told that a search operation was conducted in remits of Metrovil area and more than 20 accused were arrested with arms and other explosive materials. Six out of these accused belonged to banned outfit.

Brig Hamid in his address said that the security forces are not scared from the terrorist. We will bring back peace and stability within our country.
