KARACHI: The Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) on Tuesday announced that 16 including 12 female students got grade A-1 in the SSC-II supplementary examination-2013 (science and general group) regular and private group.

According to the Controller of Examinations, 301 students including 146 male and 155 female were passed in grade-A.

Total 1793 students were declared pass in grade-B, 4695 in grade- C, 4534 in grade-D, 216 in grade-E and 38 were declared passed in additional subjects.

Out of 22699 registered candidates, 21681 appeared in the examination while 1018 remained absent in the SSC-II supplementary examination-2013 (science and general group) including regular and private.

According to results, the 52.63 per cent students successfully passed the examination.
