ISLAMABAD: The funeral prayer of the slain leaders of Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) was offered at the Jinnah Avenue on Saturday here.

Both the leaders of ASWJ Mufti Muneer Muawiya and Asad Mahmood were gunned down in Islamabad sector I-8 in a drive-by targeted attack.

Following the funeral prayer, the coffins of both the leaders were sent to their native places.
