KARACHI: 10 people including a woman were reported injured on New Year eve due to aerial firing.

Despite of heavy security arrangements to stop aerial firing were made on new year's eve; it still took place in different parts of the city.

The aerial firing broke out in Kharadar, Meethadar, Akhtar colony, Papochnagar, Gul Bahar, Qayyumabad, Netty Jetty, Patelpara and Garden West.

Police also arrested some people involved in aerial firing. Due to rood locks on New yeas's eve; heavy traffic jam was observed on Clifton and Defense side.
