ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Raja Zafar ul Haq, Secretary General Iqbal Zafar Jhagra and Central Secretary Information Mushahid Ullah Khan congratulated the newly elected office bearers of National Press Club (NPC).

In a message to the newly elected President Shehryar Khan, Secretary General Tariq Ch, Finance Secretary Waqar Satti and all other office bearers, they extended his warmest felicitation on their success.

They said that their election was evidence and confidence of journalist fraternity reposed in them.

PML-N leadership hoped that they will work for welfare of the journalist community and freedom of press.

They said that the freedom of expression was essential for strengthening democracy in the country.

They expressed the hope that under the new leadership the problems of the journalist's community would be resolved.
