B’stan unrest case hearing adjourned till May 21

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court Quetta registry adjourned the hearing of Balochistan unrest case till May 21 on Monday, Aaj news reported.

Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry termed Balochistan missing persons case as the key issue to solve.

During the case hearing today, Maj-Gen Khattak and IG police appeared before the court.

The CCTV footage of missing persons was also showed in the court, which confirms the detention of three missing people. The statement of ASI police was also read in the court. But the IG FC refused the video footage saying that the terrorist disguised in FC uniform did this act.

FC is searching for the missing persons; the terrorists were involved in the kidnappings not the FC.

He also said that, FC always use two vehicles during operation but there was only one vehicle shown in the footage.

The CJP remarked that, If FC does not know about the missing then who should know about it? 15 days have passed, several adjournments were made, but to no results uptill now.

Later the case hearing was adjourned.
