GARI KHERO: Nawaz Sharif addressed a public gathering in Gari Khero to mark another demonstration against the government on Tuesday. This is the first demonstrative step by the Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) within Sindh.

“I have not come here to ask for votes, I am just here to meet you people”, Nawaz stated. He further said that he had always been respected within Sindh during each and every visit.

“I have no personal enmity against Gilani, nor do I have anything against the PPP,” Nawaz said, also claiming that he had supported PPP unconditionally after the demise of Benazir Bhutto.

“Gilani refuses to write letter to the Swiss authorities, Zardari does not want that Rs.550 million to come back, the court and the PML-N wants the money back and be spent on the people of Pakistan, this is the only feud between the government and PML-N,” said Nawaz.

“Gilani is trying to save Zardari’s looted money,” he further uttered.

Nawaz said that no PPP member would write the letter to the Swiss authorities. “Now if Gilani quits the office, some other PPP member would make his way as the new Premier, will he write the letter to the Swiss authorities? Definitely not, he would also be pressurized; the main culprit is Zardari is this entire scenario”.

Nawaz said that the PPP has been in the government for four times and yet they have done nothing notable for the people of Pakistan.
