D.G Khan: Polling begins in two constituencies

Dera Ghazi Khan: Polling has begun in two constituencies of  PP-243 and PP-245 of Dera Ghazi Khan, on Monday, Aaj News reported.

Polling stations that have been prone to violence during the polling are being safeguarded by the rangers. As people begin casting their votes.

A total of one hundred and two (102) polling stations are functioning in PP-243 while about one hundered and twenty two (122) stations in PP-245.

The polling will continue till 5 PM today.

The contesting candidates are Sardar Khosa, Asif Gopang, Adeel Ghani Laghari, Ahmed Raza Hakeem, from PML-N and independent candidate Sardar Imtiaz Laghari, are contesting for PP-243.

While Sardar Muhammad Khan Laghari from PML-Q, Mir Mirza Khan Talpur from PML-N and Ahmed Ali Choka are contesting for PP-245 constituency of D.G.Khan.

It is speculated that the competition among these constituencies is equally leveled and no landslide wins are expected.
